Video Presentation Package
Add video to your next event with our Video Presentation Package.  With our large screens and monitors, you can dance not only to the music but to the music video.  The Video Package is perfect for weddings, birthdays, or corporate functions to show your guests photo montages, videos, slide shows, PowerPoint presentations, training, etc.
Add $300 for the number of screens required. 

Wedding Reception Package
Your special day, your special way.  With our sample itinerary, we will assist you in the  coordination of your reception and have the right music for those special moments.  Let's get started by selecting your package above.
Add $100 to the music package selected above.

Wedding Ceremony Package
Your special day, your special way.  With our sample itinerary, we will assist you in the coordination of your ceremony and have the right music for your walk down the isle.  
Starts at $125 per hour.  This is included with the Reception Package when ceremony and reception are in the same room.

Karaoke Package  
Add a fun activity at your next event.  Have your own American Idol as you discover hidden talent among your co-workers, family, and friends.    
Add $300 to the package required above.  

Game Show Party Package
Add competitive trivia games to your event with a Game Show buzz-in flare.  Games can be style after Jeopardy, Name That Tune, Match Game, Concentration, etc. Trivia questions can be tailored to your company and event.  Non buzzer games are available as well such as Newlywed Game, Bingo, Scavenger Hunt etc.  The games are a great way to give away door prizes while providing interaction and entertainment among your guests.   
Add $300 or Add $100 for non-buzzer games only.   

Video Game Play and Tournament Package
Host a tournament or just play your favorite video games with your friends or co-workers with your choice of XBox, Playstation, or Wii game system.  Great entertainment for your guests.
Add $300 per game system to the music package selected above.  Also requires the Video Presentation Package above. 

 

Facility Managers / Club Owners - DJ Only Rates
For the club owner or facility manager that needs a DJ on a regular basis or for just one night.  Perfect for when your DJ is a no-show, sick, or needs time-off.  If your location is equipped with sound and lighting, this service is for you.  It includes the DJ and music only.  No equipment is provided.    (Check our Online Services for when all you need is the music)
This service starts at $200 for up to 4 hours of service. Add $50 for each additional hour requested.

Facility Managers / Club Owners - Complete Club Package
For the club owner or facility manager that needs a complete sound and lighting package for their facility.  Perfect for a new facility when your sound and lighting equipment has not arrived for your Grand Opening; or your sound and/or lighting equipment has broken and you need a quick replacement for your business and customers; or you would like to see if  having music at your venue will work before making the investment in your own equipment.
Rates start at package required above.  Discounts are available for multiple days, weeks, or months.  Call for details.


FAQ's

How do we make a reservation ?
Start by giving us a call at 214-662-4565.  We will get some basic information about you and your event.  We will create a contract and fax, mail, or email to you.  You read through the contract, sign it, and fax it back.  If you have any questions about the contract, just call us.  We'll gladly answer any questions you may have.   

Is there a deposit and when is the payment due ?
There is a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve your date and time.  The remaining balance is due 10 days before your event.    

What forms of payments do you accept ?
We accept all major credit cards, checks, and money orders.  You can mail a check, we can take your credit card information over the phone, or you can make payments via PayPal by clicking the PayPal links provided above on this page.

When will you arrive and will you need help ?
We will arrive between 30-120 minutes prior to your start time.  If more time is needed, we will inform you of the time we will arrive.  No assistance is required to setup or break down the equipment, however, if you or the venue have any special setup requirements, someone will need to be there to ensure we are setup in the proper location.  We do ask that the setup location is near an electrical outlet that avoids running cords across foot traffic areas of the venue staff and your guests..  

What if we want to have an outdoor event ?
We do perform outdoor events.  There is an additional fee of $150 which includes a tent for protection of the DJ and the equipment from the sun and the threat of light rain or the occasional sprinkle.  We strongly urge that anyone planning an outdoor event have an alternate indoor location if possible in case of strong inclement weather such as lightning and high winds accompanied by heavy rain which may effect your guest and success of your event.  We will not be able to provide services if there is lightning, high winds, or heavy rain occurring or expected.  There will be no refunds, however, a raincheck will be available based on availability for a limited time.  

Is there any cost for travel or any other fees?
There are no travel fees for events located in Dallas or Tarrant County.  For those events outside of Dallas or Tarrant County, the travel charge is $50 per hour based on the travel time to your event location from Arlington, TX 76006.  We use MapQuest.  There is also a $150 fee for locations that must be reached by stairs or have no paved path to the setup location from the parking area.  For out of town events that require an overnight stay, there is a $100 per night fee.  Call for details. 

Do you charge for setup or break down time ?
No. You are only charged for the time when you want the music to start or that you want us to be setup, to the time you want the music to end.  For most locations, we require one hour after your event ends to vacate the premises.
