FAQ's

Do I need to make a reservation?
Rentals are on a first come-first served basis. The rental fee and deposit is due at time of reservation. The rental fee is not refundable.

How do I make a payment?
We only accept major credit cards.

Is a deposit required?
A deposit it required. The amount of the deposit depends on the items you are renting. The deposit is usually equal to the the weekend rental rate.

Where can I pick up and return the items rented?
We have two pickup and drop-off locations opening in the near future. One in Arlington near 360 and I-30, another in Dallas near Mockingbird and 183. Until those locations open, we will inform you of our temporary location to pickup your items should you prefer to pickup and drop-off.

Do you Deliver / Pickup?
Yes, we do deliver and/or pickup items for a nominal fee of $25 within the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.

Do you ship items nationwide?
Yes, we do. The cost of shipment to and return from your destination is added to your total fee. We generally use UPS or FEDEX.
